It's always a little exciting to kick off a new leather hat season. But the summer wasn't wasted; I was scouring the countryside for the most delicious leathers and creating prototypes of pork pie and trilby hats that are simply impossible to find anywhere else.
So, I'm thrilled to share my new creations and present the magnificent TRL-30 Trilby Hat!
This hat is crafted from genuine Crazy Horse leather in green and brown. The leather is 1.4-1.6 mm thick, dense, and holds its shape well.
The standard crown height for sizes up to 59 cm is 85 mm; for larger sizes, the height can be increased to 95 mm.
The brim width is 45 mm.
As usual, a pair of 6 mm stainless steel eyelets in an aged bronze color are installed on each side of the crown.
The lining is natural cotton. The hat's comfortable temperature range is from +10°C to -5°C.
I recommend treating the outer leather parts with a water-repellent spray before wearing it, and the hat will serve you faithfully for many years to come!
